ProxyVault: AI-powered tagging and backup built to disappear into the workflow

A video production workflow involved two repetitive, time-consuming tasks: tagging raw footage for later use, and making sure everything got backed up to the cloud. Handled manually, both pulled time away from actual editing.

ProxyVault was built to handle both automatically. AI tags incoming video as it comes in, and the same system manages backup to cloud storage, without the editor needing to stop and run a separate process. It was built and tested inside a real production workflow, not designed in the abstract.

Tagging and backup now happen automatically as part of the existing workflow, freeing up editing time that used to go to manual, repetitive tasks. Built and proven in production before ever offered to a client.
